REFUND POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

IF ANY PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OR APPEARS LOST WITH THE COURIER, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISSING,LOST OR DAMAGE PARCEL CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD.

 

We allow exchanges for the same value as the original product(s). If you'd like to exchange for a different size please follow the instructions on our returns policy.

We kindly remind you that returns for exchanges must be received within 14 days of your parcel’s delivery.
Please do not forget to put a note of your order number. To avoid any inconvenience in case your requested item is unavailable, we recommend including an alternative choice in the email. 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from ruach.customerservice@outlook.com, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind. We are able to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unworn and saleable condition with the original packaging and all Ruach Saint garment tags and labels still attached.

All returns must be made within 14 working days of you receiving your order, if your order is returned back to us past the return policy of 14 days your return will be rejected.

Returns should be wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. Please ensure the return is sent back to us in 1 single parcel, failure to do so may result in a refused return.

Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service with a note including the details of your return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. 

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish; however, you are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at our warehouse. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.
 

We aim to process all returns/refunds within 21 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse, please note that pre-ordered items may take longer to process/replace. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.

Gift card exclusions

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be re-sold. Ruach Saint cannot be held liable for lost or stolen gift cards

  • Gift cards cannot be used without with permission of the owner.

  • Gift Cards will expire in 12months from the point of purchase.

Please be aware that the 14-day return period begins from the delivery date, not the date the order was placed. This ensures customers have ample time to inspect their delivery and report any issues.

To facilitate a smooth reshipment process, we kindly request customers to provide all relevant details, including the order number, proof of issue (such as photos for damaged items), and any additional supporting documentation. This helps us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

EXTENDED RETURNS DURING BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS:

ANY ORDER PLACED BETWEEN 29th NOVEMBER - 30th DECEMBER WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN WITHIN 30 Days.
